Downloads and refunds
Your download link is emailed to you straight after purchase. If it doesn't arrive, check your junk folder, then email admin@theblacknurserymanager.com within 14 days of buying and we'll resend it.

Because these are digital products delivered immediately, we're unable to offer refunds once a file has been downloaded, unless the file is faulty and we can't fix or replace it.

Each resource is licensed for single-practitioner or single-setting use, as stated on the product. Please don't share, copy or resell it outside that licence.
